Axsun's LIGA Prototyping Service
AXSUN Technologies provides an easy way to prove that LIGA can work
for you. LIGA Prototyping, part of AXSUN's LIGA product suite, offers
a fast turnaround, low cost, proof of concept service that ensures
that LIGA will provide the capabilities your product requires.
You Send Us…
- A CAD file — AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred
- Relevant specifications for the product such as
- Part thickness and tolerances
- Materials (typically Ni, Ni-Fe, Ni-Co, NiP, Au, Cu, or Ag)
- Specific material property requirements, if any
- Surface finish requirements, if any, such as smoothness or solderability
Axsun Technologies will…
- Provide a no cost, confidential producibility analysis and price
quotation, typically within 3 business days
- Fabricate the mask and prototype parts
- Mask layout and fabrication (approximately 3 weeks)
- Parts fabrication (approximately 3 weeks for first parts)
